We are moving the celebration of Marilyn's life to tomorrow, Sunday May 26th - same time 4-8 pm and same location (see directions below).

 

A Celebration of Marilyn Mann's Life

Saturday, May 25th – 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
11400 Mountain Top Circle, Jonestown, Texas  78645

Please join family and friends for a casual outdoor gathering to celebrate the life of Marilyn Mann. 

We will share memories and enjoy a meal together (all of Marilyn's favorite things).

Directions: From northbound Interstate 35 – take Exit 256 – Chandler Rd. – go West on 1431 and cross US 183; 

From 183 and 1431 in Cedar Park - proceed 7 miles West on 1431; [bends and hills but a beautiful drive];

just before you go uphill to enter downtown Jonestown – make a right turn on Lake Crest (SIGN: White Rim Mountain); proceed uphill to the stop sign. Left on White Rim Trail; first Left on Terrace Mountain until it ends.

A gravel Private Road (Mountain Top Circle) begins straight ahead [Please observe the SLOW signs] – ¾ mile ahead is an RV Park on the left and the fenced residence is just past the Park.


Marilyn had a happy childhood growing up in western Pennsylvania.  She lived a very full life and touched many along the way. 

She worked hard at many jobs. Her many adventures include assisting a State Senator, opening a food stand in Belize, serving as a hill country judge and managing a reggae band.  She loved family, travel, music. dancing and her Yorkie Betsy. 

Marilyn was preceded in death by her father, Walter Mann and mother, Hedwig (Wassler) Mann. She is survived by her son, Richard Mann; daughters Tarra Stauffer-Chang and Sharra Jatzlau; their families, including grandchildren Troy, Mark, Samantha and Madison; and sisters Carol, Cheryl, Joyce and Janice.
